Manifesting Jollof Rice (and Why It’s a Recipe for Life)

 How I manifested jollof rice with peppered goat meat


Have you ever craved something so much that you could almost taste it before it even hit your plate? That happened to me the other day with jollof rice. Not just any jollof rice—the kind that comes with perfectly seasoned peppered goat meat, crispy fried plantains, and a side of nostalgic joy.

It was 6 a.m., and I was getting my kids ready for school when the thought hit me. Breakfast wasn’t about to transform into a jollof feast, but the idea stuck with me all day. Everywhere I turned, there were little reminders: a waft of spices here, a random Instagram post there, even in the most unexpected conversations.

By the end of the day, I found myself sitting down to a plate of jollof rice that tasted like it had been crafted by the manifestation gods themselves. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

When you focus on your own journey, you regain control of your energy. You stop reacting to the noise and start creating the life you want.


The Multidimensional Magic of Manifestation

Here’s where it gets even more interesting. We’re not just physical beings moving through space. We’re multidimensional, which means our thoughts, bodies, and spirits all play a role in shaping our experiences.

  • Your Body: This is where action happens. Whether it’s chopping veggies for jollof rice or doing crunches for abs, your body brings your desires to life.

  3. Body: I make choices—like hitting the gym or skipping that extra serving of jollof—that align with my vision.
