Whether you’re a busy professional, an entrepreneur, a caregiver, or someone simply looking to prioritize your well-being, my goal is to make self-care accessible, practical, and sustainable—so it fits into your lifestyle, not the other way around.
As an engineer, entrepreneur, and parent, I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last when responsibilities pile up. I used to believe that success meant constantly pushing forward, but I’ve learned that when you take care of yourself first, everything else flows more easily—your work, your relationships, your energy, and your overall well-being.
My wellness journey began in 2011 when I discovered meditation during a stressful finals week at Georgia Tech. That single moment of stillness opened the door to a lifelong exploration of mindfulness, self-care, and holistic healing. I later became a certified yoga instructor (2015) and health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, blending ancient wisdom with modern strategies to help people create wellness routines that actually work for their lives.
