Whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking for new ways to deepen your practice, we are here to provide the tools, support, and insights to help you live a vibrant, balanced life.
This community is where the practical meets the spiritual. Together, we’ll explore ways to heal and nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner self. Expect everything from wholesome recipes and mindfulness practices to self-care rituals and insights on aligning with the natural rhythms of the world around us.
Join us for:
- 6 AM daily virtual morning meditation to start your day off right
- 8 PM virtual evening gentle yoga to wind down at the end of the day from the comfort of your home on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday
- 10 AM Saturday morning yoga in the garden
- New moon juice cleanse
- Full moon bon fire drum circle
But that’s not all. As part of this community, you’ll also be the first to hear about exciting opportunities to dive even deeper into your wellness journey with wellness events, workshops, and retreats.
